Announcement

After teaching at Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR) for over 15 years, I am pleased to announce that effective January, 2012 I will be moving my CE classes to the Andover area at La Quinta Inn, 131 River Road, Exit 45 off I-93.

Classes will be offered at least once a month, 6 hours per day, to allow for licensees to complete their entire MA and NH elective requirement in a 1-month period.

As part of the relocation from NEAR to the Andover area, I have diversified some of the subjects offered and am able to reduce the cost of all my classes by 30%, which is very important these days. The cost of a 6-hour day will be $75.00 for ALL licensees, Realtors and non-Realtors. Individual 2-hour classes may also be taken and will cost $25.00 each. No pre-registration is necessary. If you are planning to attend, e-mailing us your name and contact information will be greatly appreciated, just in case of cancellation due to weather or emergency. Also, please feel free to check my voicemail the day of the class, or listen to WZID (95.7 FM) for any change announcement. Walk-ins are welcome and payment can be made on the day of the class. Acceptable payment methods are personal and business checks, money orders and cash.
