The focus of the “Crash” weekend review course is on testing, content and strategy.  Modern Real Estate Practice and State Law materials are used during the course.

Due to the fast pace of the “Crash” weekend, it is typically taken by persons licensed in another state that need to take both parts of the exam.  With NH’s new 40-hour requirement (education required prior to taking the salesperson exam), UNLESS YOU ARE ALREADY LICENSED IN ANOTHER STATE, OR ARE A N.H. SALESPERSON, THIS COURSE MAY NOT BE FOR YOU.  IT DOES NOT FULFILL THE 40 HOUR REQUIREMENT BY THE STATE TO GET YOUR SALESPERSON LICENSE.

The “Crash” is held on Saturday, Friday and Saturday, and includes all the national and state law materials.

The price is $249, including all materials, for the entire weekend review.  The State Law review (1st Sat.) may be taken for $149.  The National review (Fri./2nd Sat.) may be taken for $199.

The fees to take the exam and get a criminal check are paid by the student directly to the State of NH.  Typically, students register to take the exam prior to taking this course.

Paid pre-registration is required for all classes.
