COURSE DATES: Classes begin in April, 2009. Tuesday night classes are held at the Verani Building in North Londonderry, NH (Click for Directions). Wednesday morning classes are held at the Comfort Inn in Manchester, NH (all days) (Click for Directions). THIS COURSE IS ACCREDITED FOR 40-HOURS BY THE NH REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. Audio/video taping is prohibited.

For your planning purpose, the extra classes during the week are 4/30 & 5/1, and 5/21 & 22. The weekend review is Fri 5/15 @ 5pm—9pm & Sat 5/16 @ 8am—4:30pm.

Our course policy is that if a student takes all 6-weeks of classes, and the crash review weekend, but does not pass both parts of the NH licensing exam, we’ll work with you to see how to best prepare you for the next exam.

COURSE COST: $349.00 - Includes textbook, state law materials and application packet. Fee does NOT include examination and criminal check fees paid to the State.
