New Hampshire (3 hr Core and 9 hrs electives) and Massachusetts (12 hrs electives) continuing education (recertification) classes are regularly scheduled in different areas to fulfill licenseesí biennial requirements.† Many of our courses are approved in more than one state and, therefore, may be used to meet the continuing education requirements of the different states.† Please ask us about it.† Note: MA rules and regulations require one to sit in MA to receive MA credit.
Continuing education is also offered upon request.† Classes may be provided at a real estate companyís office or other public facility.† Please call Kathy to discuss the desired course, time, date and location.† Fees charged can be per person, hourly or a fixed amount.
