New Hampshire (3 hr Core and 9 hrs electives) and Massachusetts (12 hrs electives) continuing education (recertification) classes are regularly scheduled at local Boards of Realtors to fulfill licensees’ biennial requirements. Maine (3 hr Core and 18 hours electives) classes are typically taught for individual companies at their site of choice. However, most of our courses are approved in more than one state and, therefore, may be used to meet the continuing education requirements of the different states. Please ask us about it.
