Continuing Education

New Hampshire and Massachusetts continuing education (recertification) classes are regularly scheduled at local Boards of Realtors to fulfill licensees’ biennial requirements. Maine classes are typically taught for individual companies at their site of choice. However, most of our courses are approved in more than one state and, therefore, may be used to meet the continuing education requirements of the different states. Please ask us about it.

Upon Request:

Continuing education is also offered upon request. Classes may be provided at a real estate company’s office or other public facility. Please call Kathy to discuss the desired course, time, date and location. Fees charged can be per person, hourly or a fixed amount.

Core, Agency, Buyer Agency, Let’s Talk Agency, RE Laws, Regs & Practices, Fair Housing, Know your Contracts, Making the Sale—Procuring Cause Issues, Risk Management, What Would You Do In This Situation?, Code of Ethics (counts for NAR’s 2-1/2 hour requirement), I Won’t Do That Again, Antitrust, What’s Happening in the Courts?, RESPA Do’s & Don’ts and Internet courses through Virtual University (360Training).

Seller Agency, Buyer Agency, MA Real Estate License Law, Fair Housing, Contract Law, General Real Estate Laws, Regs & Practices, Antitrust and Real Estate Laws and Regs for Owners and Managers, and Code of Ethics (counts for NAR’s 2-1/2 hour requirement).
