The focus of the 40-hour NH course is on content and strategy. Modern Real Estate Practice and State Law materials are used during the course. The cost of the course is $349. You must also pay $100 directly to the State of NH to take the licensing exam and $15 to the NH State Police for a criminal check. We provide you with the forms.

The 40-hour NH course typically runs for six consecutive weeks It is the student’s choice which day or night they prefer to attend. They only attend one class each week. The same material is repeated at each class and location. Students may attend any one of the classes, class size permitting.

At the end of the six weeks, the course also includes a comprehensive review. The weekend review is a Friday night and Saturday day, and includes all the national and state law material. There are also mandatory take-home questions to supplement the lecture material. Paid pre-registration is required for all classes.

Our course policy is that if a student takes all 6-weeks of classes, and the crash review weekend, but does not pass both parts of the NH licensing exam, we’ll work with you to see how to best prepare you for the next exam.
