All classes are Saturdays, 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m., located at Northeast Association of REALTORS, 3 Courthouse Lane, Unit #9, Chelmsford, MA.

Textbook = Modern Real Estate Practice, 16th Edition

MA Law = Real Estate License Law and Regulations and Kathy Roosa handouts

The focus of the 24-hour MA course is on content and strategy. Modern Real Estate Practice and State Law materials are used during the course. The cost of the course is $250. You must also pay $101 (subject to change) directly to the Commonwealth of MA to take the licensing exam. We provide you with the Candidate handbook.

The 24-hour NH course typically runs for six consecutive weeks Pre-registration is required through the Northeast Association of REALTORS. Please call 978-458-2901 to register.

Our course policy is that if a student takes all 6-weeks of classes, but does not pass both parts of the MA licensing exam, we’ll work with you to see how to best prepare you for the next exam.
